Delete a staff account
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Account. In the Staff accounts section, click the staff member's name. In the Remove staff account section, click Delete staff account to permanently delete the account from your store. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete.Getting started with Shopify POS

Login to your Shopify admin panel as the account owner. Click on Settings – Account. In the Store status section, you will find the option to “CLOSE YOUR STORE” Click on Close store.
Remove Password Protection
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Preferences. Go to the Password protection area. Uncheck Enable password. Click Save.How to delete/pause Shopify store

- Click on 'Account'
- Scroll down to section 'Store status'
- If you want to pause yout store (your store will be still visible, but your customer won't be able to buy anything), then click 'Pause store' and then 'Pause store' again.
Update your plan. If you are on a trial and decide to sign up for a plan, or if you are looking to change the plan that you are on, then you can do so from the Settings page in your admin. If you update your plan, then a bill is issued immediately reflecting only the subscription fee for your new plan.
Change your credit card details
- From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Billing.
- In the Billing information section, click Replace credit card.
- Update the credit card information, then click Confirm.
So how in the world did Shopify get my information to begin with when I never had an account!!?? The feature is enabled the moment you checkout via a Store that uses Shopify. Most store checkouts require an email address or phone number, which is how this information is stored and applied.
Steps:
- From the Shopify admin, click Settings.
- Click Billing.
- Click on the bill you want to view in the Bills section.
- If a bill includes transaction fees, then the Transaction fees section will have links to the associated orders. Click to see the information.
