Go to View > Tabs > Measurements or press ALT+U to show the Measurements tab. Select Separate Vertical Scale. Separate scales appear for both X and Y. Click Calibrate X Scale or Calibrate Y Scale, as desired, to use the Calibrate tool.
Can you mirror in Bluebeam? To flip, select one of more annotations, then click the Flip Horizontal or Flip Vertical button. Flip Horizontal (Ctrl+Alt+H): Flip selected annotation horizontally. Flip Vertical (Ctrl+Alt+V): Flip selected annotation vertically.
The second method allows you to select a group of consecutive markups by clicking on the first markup, then holding down Shift and clicking the last markup. This selects both of the markups you clicked on and everything in-between.

- Select the group.
- Press and hold down ALT . The handles for each of the markups will display while the key is held down.
- Click and drag the handle of any markup to resize it, or click and drag the markup to move it.
The Line tool draws a straight line segment. Segments can be at any angle and easily forced to be horizontal, vertical, or at a 45° angle on the page. Select the Line tool using one of the following methods: Go to Markup > Lines > Line.

The simplest is to re-save your file as a reduced-size PDF. In the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, open the PDF you wish to re-save as a smaller file, choose File, Save as Other, and then Reduced Size PDF. DPI. The dots per inch (DPI) of the scanned image is often the primary cause of a large PDF file. By default, most scanners record images at 300 DPI, which is the minimum DPI for any image that is printed after scanned. However, for a PDF that is for screen reading the DPI should be 72.

Reduce PNG file size by limiting colors

How to compress an image?
- Upload your file to the image compressor. It can be an image, document or even a video.

Flattening markups moves the markup from the annotations layer to the content layer. Markups can be flattened individually or all at once. The Flatten Markups dialog box provides additional controls over how markups are Flattened.
Bluebeam Revu CAD and Revu eXtreme both offer direct plugins to AutoCAD, which allow you to easily convert drawings to PDF. You can also open PDFs on your tablet, phone, etc… you do not need high end hardware or familiarity with CAD software to view and interact with the file.
Flattening Markups
- Select one or more markups in the main workspace or in the Markups list.
- Right -click a markup and select Flatten. The selected markup(s) are automatically flattened using Revu's default flatten settings (including retaining the ability to be unflattened).
Deleting Layers
- Go to View > Tabs > Layers or press ALT+Y to show the Layers tab.
- Select the layer and click Delete Layer.
- The layer s that will be deleted are listed at the top of the dialog box after Delete Layer.
- To delete the content on these layers , select Delete Layer Content on Page.
To lock or unlock a markup, select it (either in the workspace or on the Markups list) and do any of the following:
- In the General section of the Properties tab, select Lock.
- Right-click select Lock.
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+L.
Solution. First, open the Measurements (Alt+U) panel and make sure the Make Annotation box is checked. If this box is already checked, then your PDF may have security restrictions enabled. The creator of the PDF file can define security that restricts adding annotations or markups to the PDF.
To recover the unsaved changes for a document, select it and click Recover. To discard the unsaved changes for a document, select it and click Remove. To keep a document's unsaved changes in their unsaved state to be restored or discarded at a later time, select the document and click Later.
Go to Edit > Erase Content. Click and drag a rectangle or multi-click a polygonal shape around the content you wish to erase.
