If you're a business employer cancelling your foreign worker's IPA, you can do it using WP Online. Cancellation is immediate. There will be an overstaying fine if the worker overstays. As an employer, you can cancel the IPA even though someone else (e.g. the employment agency) had submitted the Work Permit application.
To cancel the Work Permit:
- Log in to WP Online and cancel the Work Permit.
- Print the Special Pass. The Special Pass allows the worker to stay in Singapore before leaving.

You can apply for a Long Term Visit Pass for your family if you meet these requirements: Hold an Employment Pass or S Pass. Earn a minimum fixed monthly salary of $6,000. This is based on your salary, and not based on your combined household income.

How to get a Singapore Short-Term Visit Pass?
