Are all of your contacts saved to your Google account (as opposed to the Phone account)? If so, try going to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, select Contacts Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Then open Contacts again and give it a few seconds to re-sync with your Google account.
Short answer: Nope, Y will not even know you added her. Long answer: When you add someone's phone number to your contacts, Whatsapp will automatically detect those that have a Whatsapp account and show up there, BUT if those contacts have you on their list or not is irrelevant at this point.
Import contacts
- Insert the SIM card into your device.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app .
- At the top left, tap Menu Settings. Import.

Using the Change Number feature in WhatsApp will migrate your profile information, groups and settings from your old phone number to your new phone number. Deleting a contact in WhatsApp

If someone deletes you from their contact list,you can't see their profile info like Profile picture, Status message and Last seen if they have set their visibility to "My Contacts" in their setting. So, you can't say that you are being deleted from their contact list, as this is purely setting issue.
To delete your account
- Open WhatsApp.
- Tap More options > Settings > Account > Delete my account.
- Enter your phone number in full international format and tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
- Select a reason for why you're deleting your account in the dropdown.

Whether you delete the contact or just the chat thread, WhatsApp doesn't notify the other person about it. However, when you delete the contact and your privacy settings for last seen, about, and status are set to Contacts only, they might get suspicious as these things will go missing for them.
If you want to hide a contact, tap or select All Contacts or Contacts > WhatsApp > the contact you want to hide > > Hide Contact > Hide. If you want to unhide a contact you've hidden, tap or select Settings > Privacy > Hidden WhatsApp Contacts.
For this just head to your Whatsapp → Settings → Account → Block List. now here you will get the list of all blocked contacts. Select and unblock every contacts. Thus you can delete all contacts from blocked list.
Deleting your WhatsApp account on Android
To delete your account, open WhatsApp and tap on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen. From the menu that appears choose Settings>Account>Delete my account. You'll then be required to enter your mobile phone number and tap the Delete my account button.Remove duplicate contacts

- Open the Cleanup Duplicate Contacts app.
- Go to Contacts to view your entire list.

There are several reasons as to why deleted contacts keep coming back to your device. Maybe you are syncing your contacts with a third-party server and they keep sending back your contacts. Or maybe your contacts are synced to Google and you don't disable it before deleting.
