Sky Box Sets is a feature of the Sky Signature package which gives you unlimited, on demand access to 500 different series. Some shows are only available for a limited time and once it has expired, you won't be able to watch any episodes you have downloaded.
How to upgrade your Sky package. Go to offers and upgrades and sign in with your Sky iD. If you've forgotten your Sky iD, you can reset or retrieve your details online. Select the offer you'd like to take and follow the steps.

How to downgrade your Sky package. Go to TV or Broadband & Talk in My Account, depending on the product you'd like to remove, and sign in with your Sky iD. If you've forgotten your Sky iD, you can reset or retrieve your details online.
Unfortunately if you are mid contract on a Sky TV deal you won't be able to switch without penalty. This means paying out the rest of your contract. Even if you're still tied into a contract though it may be worth calling Sky up to see if you can negotiate a slightly cheaper deal.
To cancel, call Sky on 0800 151 2747 and say 'cancel Sky Sports. ' After which point, you'll be asked if you want to suspend your subscription. The whole process takes 30 seconds. If you'd prefer to do it online, you can pause your subscription via Sky's site.
Sky Starter: Lots to enjoy, from kids shows to music, action, food and lifestyle – $25.99 per month. Sky Starter is $25.99 per month and the channels listed above are current as at 1 October 2020.
Sky's basic offering – Sky Entertainment – includes 250 free-to-air channels including all the familiar terrestrial TV favourites; BBC One, BBC Two, ITV, Channel 4 (including HD) are all available, as you'd expect. In addition, there's a range of entertainment channels such as Dave, Yesterday and Challenge.
Sky payments are taken a month in advance, so you might still be billed for the full month ahead after your service has been cancelled. Once your service has ended, any credit on your Sky account will be put back in your bank account after 45 days.
To get Netflix for free as a Sky customer, you will need to have Sky Q and Netflix, but will only end up paying for the standard Sky Q subscription. This means the bundle will cost customers £25 a month for the two services. The monthly £8.99 a month subscription for Netflix has been scrapped in this offer.
BT SPORT is available at a bargain on Sky right now thanks to an offer from Wowcher. A full price subscription to watch BT Sport on Sky costs £29.99 a month on a 12-month contract. But a returning deal from Wowcher means sports fans can get 12 months of the service for just £14.99 a month with a £9 upfront fee.
How to cancel Sky Sports: If you still want to cancel your subscription, you will need to give Sky 31 days' notice, unless you are within your cooling off period.
If you cancel your Sky subscription then you can keep the box as you own a Sky+ box and it will continue to receive the free channels but you will be unable to record them or watch any recordings back you might have made.
Press Home on your Sky Q remote. Scroll down and select My Account and then Sky Shop. Select the pack that you want to add (e.g: Sky Box Sets).
In your minimum term, Sky TV prices may increase once every 12 months by up to 10%. These limits do not apply to other Sky services.

Sky iD lets you sign in to all Sky's online services. Create a Sky iD now – you'll need your account number, viewing card number or the last 6 digits of the bank account number used to pay for Sky.
At Sky we take the security of your data and information extremely seriously. If your account has been locked, please call us on 03442 411 280. Reset your Sky iD password. Provide us with a recovery email that you can use if you need to reset your password again in the future and update your security question.
To check your data usage:
- Online: Go to My Account > Mobile (sky.com/mobile-account) and sign in with your Sky iD.
- In the My Sky app: Select Mobile from the bottom menu.
How do I log in to my router settings page? Open your browser and type 192.168. 0.1 into your address bar. When prompted enter the username: admin and password: sky OR, your WIFI password.
Can I use my Sky login details to sign up for NOW TV? If you're a Sky customer looking to create a NOW TV account, you can use the same details to sign up as you use for Sky, but they'll be held separately. So your NOW TV account will be independent from your Sky account.
Anyone can take out a Sky Mobile deal, but choosing this network is an especially good call for Sky TV customers - it comes with a few special extras. If you've got Sky TV, a Sky Mobile plan will give you: Sky Go Extra, included free of charge.
New separate 18-month minimum terms for Sky Signature (£21 per month (pm), Sky Sports (£16pm) and BT Sport (£13pm). New 31 day rolling contract for Sky Cinema (£7pm), and Sports HD (£2pm).
