Here's how you can update your mobile number easily in the app.

You can change your default payment method by going to your GrabPay page and clicking on Settings in the top right corner. Else, you can also change your payment method as you book a ride or make a GrabFood order.

How to top up GrabPay Wallet with UOB Linked Bank Account
- Tap on Top Up, then Linked Bank Account.
- Select the UOB linked bank account.

- Select Account from the bottom menu and tap "Edit Profile" to access your account details page.
- Choose to link your account in the lower part of the screen.
- You will be re-directed to Google/Facebook/Apple ID login page.
Go to the sidebar menu and select 'Saved Places'. Now, tap on the Grey 'saved/bookmark' icon in front of the address that you want to remove. On the next screen, select 'Remove' and then confirm. You can also select the address from the search page by tapping on the filled Grey icon to remove it.
Clear cache: To perform a clear cache, go to your device Settings, tap Apps and look for the Grab App. Scroll to the bottom, choose STORAGE and tap the CLEAR CACHE button. Android: Go to your device Settings, look for 'Software Updates' and tap 'Manually Update'. If a Grab update is available, tap 'Update'.
How do I reset my password
- On the GrabMerchant app, tap on the Login button.
- On the bottom of the screen, tap on the Forgot Password link.
- Key in your Grab-registered email address and select on the Send Password button.
- Check your email for a message containing your temporary password.
How do I verify my GrabPay Wallet account?
- Take a photo of your ID (MyKad) and upload it.
- Take a selfie.
- Complete your personal information.
- We will notify you on the Grab app once your Wallet verification is completed successfully.
You need to Sign in with Google to access your Grab driver account. If you have previously signed in with device (IMEI), you will need to sign out and use Google sign in. If you don't remember your Google account, tap Sign in with Device and we will let you know which email address to use.
Step 2: On your profile page, you are able to edit your email and phone number by tapping on it and enter new details. Step 3: Tap Save on the upper right corner.
1) Submitting the report using an Android device
