The average high school GPA for college-bound students is likely higher than a 3.0. Typically a 3.5-4.0 GPA, which means an A- or A average, is expected for admission to top colleges. However, you may be able to gain acceptance to a less selective school with a GPA that's as low as a 2.0 or C- average.
It asks for the student's username and password then logs into the Genesis grade portal then goes to the tab where the final grades are located and scrapes them. We then store the grades in a list and then process it to find the students GPA.
GPA's are not displayed anywhere in Aeries Gradebooks. However if these areas are available to you through Aeries.net, the GPA's are displayed in Student Data > Grades > Grades and Transcripts. At the bottom it shows the GPA based on the most recent letter grades submitted for progress reports / report cards.
So, my recommendation would be to contact the records or enrollment office at the school district of the high school you attended and start there. If you're still in high school contact your registrar or counselor and at they should be able to provide you with an account of your overall GPA.
To get to the Profile GPA Current Tab, go under Student Management, Student, Student Profile and select the GPA Tab on the left. You will see one line for each Method that is setup. You will be able to see the last day and time the Student's GPA was calculated and by whom.
