Go to the WebEx test meeting on the Cisco website. Enter your name and email address and click Join.
- Click the green Join Meeting button.
- From the Menu Bar, select Audio, then Speaker, Microphone, and Camera.
- In this window, you can configure and test your Camera and Microphone.
By default, WebEx uses headset speaker, if you wish to listen to the audio through Mobile loud speaker, click on the button again and select 'Speaker'. Mute and unmute Microphone: To mute and unmute your microphone, click on Mic icon and select mute or unmute.
Mute your phone by pressing the *6 button on your telephone. You will hear an audio prompt confirming that your line has been muted. Unmute yourself on the computer by selecting your name from the list of participants and selecting the "UnMute" button.
Step 1 On the meeting control strip, select More options. Select Audio Connection > Change settings. Step 3 Select Test to hear the volume at its current setting. You can use the sliders to adjust the speaker volume and microphone sensitivity.
You would like a meeting but no video option for the participants just audio. You do want the presenter/host of the meeting to have video. Go to Menu, Webex Meetings, select Preferences, Tools, uncheck Allow all participants to turn on video.
To mute yourself, click the Mute button (microphone). A red slash will appear over the microphone icon indicating that your audio is now off. To test your computer microphone and speakers, click the up arrow to the right of the microphone icon and select Audio Settings.
You cannot be heard on your Mac computer. Mac computer settings might prevent Meet from using the microphone. If this happens, restart Chrome Browser. If that doesn't work, restart your computer, then increase the microphone volume in your system's settings.
How to Mute and Unmute in Zoom App on Phone

- Step 1: Launch the Zoom app on your Android or iPhone.
- Step 2: Tap on the Settings option at the bottom.
- Step 3: Enable the toggle next to Always Mute My Microphone.

If you're a phone participant and you have been muted during a meeting, you can unmute yourself by pressing '*6' on the dial-pad. You can also press '*6' mute your microphone during a meeting.
There are several reasons why you might find that everyone is muted in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. You may have muted everyone on accident, or inadvertently changed a communication option in the game's audio settings. It's also possible that your cross-platform chat has been disabled.
In Sound settings, go to Input > Test your microphone and look for the blue bar that rises and falls as you speak into your microphone. If the bar is moving, your microphone is working properly. If you aren't seeing the bar move, select Troubleshoot to fix your microphone.
On iOS and Android mobile devices, you can mute or unmute your microphone even when you are not in Circuit or your device is locked. You need just to tap the microphone icon in the active call notification that is shown in your device's notification center and lock screen.
Troubleshooting Microphone Issues
- Ensure the microphone is not on mute.
- Ensure you have connected your mobile device's audio.
- Try using earphones with a microphone.
- Ensure Zoom has access to your device's microphone.
- Ensure that no other applications are using the microphone at the same time.
- Restart your iOS device.
To configure the shortcut to mute/unmute the mic, right-click the app's icon in the system tray and select 'Setup shortcut'. A small window will open. Click inside it and tap the key or keys you want to use to mute/unmute the mic.
Make sure your headphones (or whatever device you are using) is default. Click on the appropriate icon and then Set Default. Ensure your headphones (or whatever device you are using) is not muted on the computer (bottom right side of the screen), and click on Mixer to check the WebEx audio volume is not muted.

WebEx Audio (hybrid audio) provides flexibility for the attendees to join an audio conference using their computer (VoIP) or a phone. There are no meeting-level options to enable or disable this feature; it is available at all times that the WebEx audio is available within a WebEx meeting.
In a WebEx Meeting, click File. Then click Open and Share Then select the file. This audio control will then pop up and you can play the music.
Open your preferred browser, and visit webex.com/test-meeting. Enter your Name and Email address, then select Join. If this is your first time running Webex, you'll be prompted to install webex.exe. Some browsers require your explicit consent to open external programs.
