On the new computer:
- Copy the folder from the thumb drive or the network drive to your desktop.
- Open ProPresenter, click on the Sync tab and make sure you are in the Local tab.
- Click the "+" near the top and select the folder you just copied to the desktop.
- Be sure to click "Sync files down from the repository".

On the Destination Computer
- Open the Sync tab of ProPresenter Preferences by going to ProPresenter>Preferences and clicking Sync.
- Under Repository, select the folder that you moved across from the other computer.
- Select the data you wish to bring into the software.
- Select “Sync Down From Repository”

If you still have the receipt open on our website you can also copy and paste it from there. The "Registered To" field will be the registration name you used when purchasing your ProPresenter license. The "Unlock Code" is the 30-digit code you were provided.
In ProPresenter 7, you can sync two or more computers over a local network through the local sync option. This location can be on an external hard drive or flash drive or it can be inside of a shared network folder that all the computers can access.

It's a powerful computer that is designed specifically to offer some of the best graphics on the market, which is why it's so commonly used for media.
Not only does ProPresenter 7.1 add the ability to go live and to record, but now you can do both at the same time! Record a quality video for playback or for editing with post-production software, while also going live to your audience.
ProPresenter has two built in options for sync, “local sync” and “cloud sync”. The local sync option is free and you can set it up yourself to sync to a local drive or network share. The cloud sync option uses Renewed Vision servers and costs a small monthly fee.
That said, ProPresenter 7 can do all of what we mentioned at once, so for this configuration you'd be well advised to look for a desktop Windows computer or iMac/Mac Pro with a higher-end Intel (Core i7 or Intel Core i9), or AMD (Ryzen 7 or AMD Ryzen 9) processor.

Beginning in May 2016, ProPresenter 6 supports outputting to NDI. The goal of NDI is to simplify video workflows by allowing devices to communicate and send frame-accurate video and audio over standard network cables.
A "Seat" license allows for the installation, activation, and use of ProPresenter with a single unlock code on as many computers (Mac-based or Windows-based) as there are purchased seats for that unlock code. Systems can be activated/deactivated by the end user when the need to move license(s) arises.
Open the Applications folder in the Finder (if it doesn't appear in the sidebar, go to the Menu Bar, open the “Go” menu, and select Applications in the list), search for ProPresenter application by typing its name in the search field, and then drag it to the Trash (in the dock) to begin the uninstall process.
