Follow the steps below to get your PUK code:
- Log in or register for My EE.
- From the menu, select Manage device.
- Scroll down the page where you'll see the option Unblock SIM (PUK code).
- Select Show PUK code >
Give the PAC Code to your new mobile network.
Once you've made sure you're happy with your new mobile network, give the PAC Code to them and they'll use it to transfer your phone number over. You can submit your PAC Code either through an online form or over the phone.A PUK code stands for “Personal Unlock Key.” It's a unique code that is linked to your mobile phone's SIM card and is usually 8 digits long. A PUK Code is used when a SIM card blocks itself after a pin or password is entered wrongly 3 times. PUK stands for 'PIN Unlock Key'. It's a unique code that is linked to your specific SIM card and is usually 8 digits long. Some phones may ask for a PUC code instead.
Pay as you go Tesco Mobile customers can unlock their phones for no charge, provided they wait 12 months after it was first activated. A charge of £10 applies if you want to unlock a pay as you go phone before 12 months is up.

Only your carrier can unlock your iPhone. Contact your carrier and request an unlock. Your account might need to meet requirements for unlocking. After you submit the request, it might take a few days to complete.
PUK (Personal Unlock COde) is to Unlock the SIM which locks up if you enter incorrect pin 3 times. If your phone is asking for PUK Code, then you need to call the provider whose SIM you are trying to use. They will give you the PUK to unlock your SIM.

Entering PUK codes
- Contact Customer Care to request your PUK code.
- Ttap Unlock on the PUK prompt. If you don't see the prompt, tap Phone > Keypad.
- Enter the PUK code, then tap OK.
- Enter a new PIN code, then tap OK.
- Re-enter the new PIN code, then tap OK.
- Wait for the device to finish unlocking.
