Simply click on the Groceries Tab on our website and use the following steps to change your email address.
- Click on 'My Account'
- Click on 'Account Settings'
- Re-enter your More account Password and press 'confirm'
- Click on 'Login & Password'
- You will be then asked to pop in your New Email address and Current password.
How can I get the discount? Customers simply have to sign up for the Morrisons NHS Club in order to receive the discount online. To get the 10 per cent discount in-store, those eligible need to present their NHS ID card when at the till.
Via website www.morrisons.com: Click on the 'More Tab' on our website. Login with the Email & Password combination you entered when registering. Click on 'My Account'
Also, due to government legislation on alcohol duty, spirits aren't eligible for the colleague discount. There are also some beer and wine products that aren't eligible for the Colleague Discount as including them would take us under the legal duty + VAT threshold.
If you are registering your Family Member / Friend they will need to have created a Customer Account on Morrisons.com (the grocery webshop). You need to log back into the Mymorrisons Colleague Discount web app, enter your Family Member / Friend's Customer Number and click "click to save".
Sign in to your account and click on the 'Orders' tab. Go to previous orders, find the order you're looking for, and then click on the 'Request' link under the 'Refund' section to request a refund on that specific order.

Where is Morrisons head office?
As long as the receipt is within 30 days, simply pop over to the Customer Service Desk when you're next in store and they'll add these to your More card for you.
Simply visit the 'My Account' area at my.morrisons.com/foodtoorder if you placed your order online, or, if you placed your order in-store you can call customer services on 0345 611 6111 or visit customer services in store.
What happens if I miss a delivery? If you're not at home when your delivery arrives, your driver will try to reach you by phone. If they can't get hold of you, they'll leave a card letting you know what time they arrived, and asking you to contact us on 0345 322 0000 or the number provided on the card.
We have two dedicated photo kiosks that can be used at any time to print your image. Alternatively, you can use our online kiosk to order your prints from the comfort of your home. Hit print and we will have the photographs ready for you to collect in store.
And it doesn't just stop with alcohol either. In a statement, the store said: "If you would like to return or exchange an item you have bought, just return the item within 30 days. You will need to provide proof of purchase and we will refund the cost.
You can also access a virtual version of the More card on the Morrisons More app, which is available to download on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. This can still be used both in store and online, the same way as the physical card.

- Here you will be given the options of Using your card in store or Online.
You get 10%discount on all items excluding alcohol and the usual stuff cigarettes and petrol ect. You receive 3, 10% staff discount cards.
