Each user account on your Mac has a Mail directory in their Library folder — that's ~/Library/Mail, or /Users/NAME/Library/Mail. This is where the Mail app stores its data for each user. Open Finder, click the Go menu, and select Go to Folder.
The offline Outlook Data File (. ost) is also saved at drive:UsersuserAppDataLocalMicrosoftOutlook. Most data remains on the server; however, any items that are saved locally should be backed up. For example, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and any folders marked Local only.

Stage 4 – Export OLM Data from Gmail to Outlook PST
- Open your Windows Outlook application, and configure the same Gmail account you have set up in Outlook for Mac.
- Choose File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- From Import and Export Wizard, choose Export to a File.

Just select the . pst file you've exported from Outlook on the PC, choose what you want to convert (mail, contacts, calendars), select the output format (mbox or eml for mail messages), and click Start. The messages will be added to Mail and found under the On My Mac heading within an Import folder.
