DNB are postgraduate or post-doctoral diplomas offered by the National Board of Examinations set up under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of Government of India. All DNB qualifications are recognised all over the country by the Medical Council of India.
Candidates seeking admission to Diplomate National Board (DNB) should possess a medical degree issued by MCI of India. The eligibility for the program is qualifying MBBS or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and above from a reputed university recognized by MCI.

Secondary DNB seats for which you need to appear for the DNB PDCET exam, and as the name indicates (DNB - Post Diploma Common Entrance Test) this is specifically for those who have completed Diploma in a particular specialty. This is a 2 year course. Also referred to as secondary DNB.
The Age limit to pursue a DNB (Broad Specialities) course is up to 50 years). The duration of the course is 3 years of training/part-time (minimum 20 hrs per week in 3 years). As directed by the Apex court, NEET replaced AIPGMEE (All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination) and DNB CET. NEET PG 2019 will be a computer based test (CBT) and will comprise 300 multiple choice questions (MCQs).
