Modifying the NAS Settings Using Qfinder Pro
- Open Qfinder Pro. Qfinder Pro automatically searches and displays all QNAP NAS on the same network.
- Select the NAS you want to modify from the list.
- Click Settings > General Settings.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click OK.
- Modify the settings.
- Click OK.

Use one of the following methods:
- Basic system reset using QES. Go to Control Panel > System > Hardware > Backup/Restore > Restore to Factory Default. Click Reset Settings.

- You will now see a window that will confirm that your computer is connecting to the network drive.
Follow the steps below:
- Open File Explorer, then select This PC.
- Click the Computer tab on the upper part of the windows.
- Click Map network drive.
- Select a drive letter you want, then click Browse.
- Navigate to your NAS drive, then click OK.
- Confirm your selection, click Finish.

Installing Qsync Central
- Log on to QTS as administrator.
