Add a logo or image to your signature
Open a new message and then select Signature > Signatures. In the Select signature to edit box, choose the signature you want to add a logo or image to. , locate your image file, and select Insert. To resize your image, right-click the image, then choose Picture.Insert the texts or links you want in your signature. When you're ready to add the logo, open your image in a new tab. Right-click on the image, and select Copy Image from the dropdown list. Go back to the Signature editor, and place your cursor where you want to insert the logo.
How to Add an Image to Your iPhone E-mail Signature (iOS 9)
- Hold your finger down on the image.

Add signatures and disclaimers to your email with Office 365
- At the top of the Outlook Web App page, click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Compose and Reply.
- In the Email signature box, type and format your signature. If you use both Outlook Web App and Outlook and want a signature in both, you need to create a signature in each.
- Click Save or press CTRL+S.
While Outlook on the web doesn't have an option for multiple signatures, the mailbox has a built-in template addin, My Templates, and there is at least one template addin in the Office store, Template Phrases.
Here's how you change your signature in the Outlook Web App:
- Select the settings menu in the upper right corner.
- Select Options.
- Under Mail>Layout, select Email Signature.
Select More Settings, near the bottom of the options that display. Choose Writing email from the menu that displays on the left side of the screen. Enable the Signature slider. Paste your HTML email signature into the Signature field, and edit as desired.
Creating Email Signature in Horde
- Log in to Webmail and choose the Horde option, if not already your default webmail.
- Click on the Gear Icon and select Preferences > Mail.
- Click on Personal Information.
- Scroll to the Signature section and add your signature in the Your signature box.
- If you want to use HTML in your signature, use the HTML editor.
Creating Email Signature in SquirrelMail
- Log in to Webmail.
- Select SquirrelMail if not already your default webmail.
- Click on Options at the top of the screen.
- Click on Personal Information.
- Add your signature in the Signature Box.
- At the end of the signature, type the “Disclaimer” notice.
How To Create A Message Signature
- Log in to your webmail account.
- Go to the Settings section of Roundcube.
- Click Identities (left side of the screen).
- Click on the identity you want to create a signature for (you should have at least one by default).
- Use the interface provided to modify your signature.
- Click Save.
Adding Images to Your HTML Signature in RoundCube
- Log into your webmail interface.
- Select RoundCube from the email client choices.
- Click on Settings, found in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click on Preferences.
- Click on Composing Messages, under the Section column.
Click the on the Sender's
email address in the header. From the menu, select
Save Address. The
email address will be added to your contact list.
To add a new contact:
- Click Add Contact.
- Fill out all appropriate fields under the Personal Information and the Company Information tabs.
- Click Save (looks like a check mark).
Click on “Settings” at the top right side of the page. On the Settings page, click on the “Identities” Tab. Double click on the email address that you want to create a signature for. Add your signature.
Launch the Settings app. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Tap on Signature under the Mail section. Tap on the account you'd like to add the signature to if you have signatures set up per account.
Change the Email Signature in the Outlook iOS App
- Open the Outlook app, then tap the three-line menu in the upper-left corner.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Scroll to the Mail section.
- Tap Signature.
- In the Signature screen, erase the signature and enter a new signature.
To delete your Office 365 email signature, click the Settings cog in the top right corner, then click “View all Outlook settings” at the bottom. From the Settings window, click “Compose and reply” from the middle column and then select your whole email signature on the right, and delete it.
Select the radio button next to your Gmail address. Enter your confidentiality notice into the field provided. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Add disclaimer signature/text/footer in emails with Signature feature
- In the Mail view, please click Home > New Email to create a new email.
- In the new opening Message window, please click Insert > Signature > Signatures.
- Now you get into the Signatures and Stationery dialog box.
