Essentially, you will be given a target amount to spend at Coles for four weeks in a row, to earn 10,000 bonus flybuys points or $50 off your next Coles shop. The target amount usually ranges from $40 to $120 a week, depending on how much you've spent previously. Always choose the bonus points!
The easiest way is to download the Flybuys mobile app, or you can login to the Flybuys website and go to your Account to see your balances for all the reward currencies.
To redeem flybuys points in store and online at Target flybuys members must request to redeem points at the checkout. Is it worth transferring flybuys to Velocity? Yes, we believe in most cases it's worth transferring flybuys points to Velocity if you have travel in mind and can find the reward seats to redeem it on, especially for Business and First class flights.
The most common use of flybuys points is to redeem them for cash off your grocery shop at Coles supermarkets. For every 2,000 points you redeem, you can get $10 off (0.5c per point). Just make sure to log in to your flybuys account and redeem online before heading out to the stores.
You typically earn one Coles Flybuy or Woolworths Rewards points for each dollar you spend, and once you have 2,000 of those points you can convert them into 870 Velocity or Qantas Points.

Flybuys and Airpoints are two separate loyalty programmes and there are no links between them.
While we never like to see a member leave, just give us a ring on 0800 FLYBUYS or email us and we'll cancel your account. If you're the account owner, you can do away with the whole account or just get rid of a card, but secondary members can only cancel their own membership.

If you've lost your Flybuys card, you can get a replacement, or sign into the Flybuys mobile app to use a digital card instead, or login to the Flybuys website, go to your Account and then "My profile" and request a replacement plastic card from there.
How do I change my address or personal details?
- Go to your account and then select 'My profile' from the sub-navigation (you'll need to be signed in to do this).
- Under your profile click 'Edit details'.
- Make the changes and click the blue 'Update' button to finish.
