Follow the steps below to back up your data to Samsung Cloud:
- 1 From the home screen, choose Apps or swipe up to access your apps.
- 2 Choose Settings.
- 3 Choose Accounts and backup or Cloud and accounts or Samsung Cloud.
- 4 Choose Back up and Restore or Back up data.
- 5 Choose Back up data.
Android Internal StorageIf contacts are saved in the internal storage of your Android phone, they will be stored specifically in the directory of /data/data/com.Android.providers.contacts/databases/contacts.
Back up & sync device contacts
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the "Settings" app.
- Tap Google Settings for Google apps Google Contacts sync Also sync device contacts Automatically back up & sync device contacts.
- Turn on Automatically back up & sync device contacts.
Turn on the "Contacts" app on Samsung Galaxy, click on the "Menu" icon, press on the "Import/Export" button. You will find the option of "Export to USB storage" is on the list, click it and these contacts will be saved in VCF format in your Samsung memory.
Open your Android mobile and go to “Contacts†app. Find the menu and select “Manage contacts†> “Import/Export contacts†> “Export to phone storageâ€. In this way, your Android contacts will be saved in VCF form in the phone memory of Android. Connect your device to the computer through a USB cable.
