Chapter
- Select Open Folder from the Media menu.
- Locate the folder in which the video files are present.
- Select a video file and click OK. The file is played in the VLC media player.
- Select Chapter in the Playback menu to view the list of chapters. Select a chapter of your choice.
1 Answer. MP4 format does support chapters. Please note that not all video players support MP4 chapters.
Chapters. HandBrake can copy chapter markers from your source to the MP4, MKV, or WebM output file. In HandBrake, if you click on the Chapters tab, you'll see a list of detected chapters. HandBrake will automatically generate chapter names in the following format: “Chapter n” where n is the chapter number.
Edit album art or information
- Go to the Google Play Music web player.
- Hover over the song or album you want to edit.

Right-click the album, and select Edit Info. Clicking on Edit Info will lead you to a new window where all the meta information of the album can be changed. Select the album art from File Explorer/ Windows Explorer (as applicable), and click Open to add it to the album. Next, click Save.

- In Windows Media Player 11, right-click the album art box of the desired album and select Paste Album Art.
Definitive answer: Audacity doesn't support adding album art or lyrics in metadata. Worse than that, it discards any existing art and lyrics if you export over the top of the same file.
Just open the file in VLC player, Ctrl+I, choose the desired Metadata, title etc, change and then in the bottom, click 'Save Data'. That's all.
Edit MKV FAQ

The info that tells you the title, the artist, the album, etc. This is called metadata or more commonly tags. Tags that which describe the file as a whole can be called "global". Since matroska can have many streams (video, audio tracks) you might want to add tags specific to that stream/track.

VLC player: How to display file name on the title bar. Menu Tools -> Preferences (Show settings = ALL) -> Input/Codecs? Then at the very bottom of the right panel set the option "Change title according to current media" to "$F" or "$u" (without quotes $f= file name and path ---- $u= file name only}).
How to Edit Video Metadata
- Launch Windows Media Player and select the "Library" tab.

A handbrake is a simple tool for video conversion and basic editing. It comes to users naturally that Handbrake combine videos. But to their disappointment, this is not true as the software does not support video merging. The software does not support any sort of video combining or merging process.
So to convert an MKV file to MP4:
- Run "VLC media player".
- From main menu select "Media" > "Convert / Save".

- Choose you MKV file.

Just rip the whole disk as a VIDEO_TS folder then open it in Handbrake. 99% of TV show DVD's have each episode of the show as a seperate 'Title'. Just select the correct 'Title' for each episode and encode them. No need to mess around merging VOB's.

- Load in the DVDs and do settings. Drag and drop all the DVD movie files from your PC into the grogram.

How to Merge/Combine/Join VOB Files
- Load VOB files to this VOB merger. Click "Import" option to load all VOB files you want to merge from the computer to the User's album.
