To assign Office 365 license to Guest User you could follow below steps.
- Create a group on azure active directory.
- Add your guest user to that group.
- Now assign licence to that group.
Add guests to a Microsoft 365 group from the admin center
- In the admin center, go to the Groups > Groups page.
- Click the group you want to add the guest to, and select View all and manage members on the Members tab.
- Select Add members, and choose the name of the guest you want to add.
- Select Save.

Go to the admin center at microsoft.com. Go to Users > Active users, and select Add a user. In the Set up the basics pane, fill in the basic user information, and then select Next. Name Fill in the first and last name, display name, and username.
Delete guest user in SharePoint Online
- Delete a guest via Azure Active-Directory. Navigate to Delete the guest user.
- Via Office 365 portal. Guests can also be deleted via the regular Office 365 portal.
- Remove via PowerShell. Connect-SPOService -Url

- Users: Enter the email address for the user.
- Access level: You can add up to five users with Basic access.
- Add to projects: Select each public project that you want to add the user to.
Configure guest access in the Teams admin center
- Sign in to the Microsoft Teams admin center.
- Select Org-wide settings > Guest access.
- Set Allow guest access in Microsoft Teams to On.
- Under Calling, Meeting, and Messaging, select On or Off for each capability, depending on what you want to allow for guest users.
You can C:Users folder and right click the local user account folder to check the created time.

In AD Users and Computers,Go to the properties of that user for which you want to find out the creation date. Click on Object tab of the user account, there you will find Creation Date of that user or Group.
Find your Ad Account ID in the Address Bar
- Go to Ads Manager.

External access is a way for Teams users from an entire external domain to find, call, chat, and set up meetings with you in Teams. You can also use external access to communicate with external users who are still using Skype for Business (online and on-premises) and Skype (in preview).
If you already use the Teams app in your organization joining a team as a guest is a lot simpler.
- Just open Microsoft Teams app and choose Yes to switch to the team you are invited to. Now you can collaborate on the project in Teams.
- To switch back to your company's team, select it from the Organization drop-down.
Re: Office 365 users in teams meeting show as guestGuest usually means they were invited and they switched tenants to yours and they will show up as guests.
As you start typing the name of your group, Teams will automatically begin populating options for you to choose from. Once you locate your group, select it; the “Add” button will become active. Click on the add button, and you've done it — you have just added multiple people, in bulk, to your team in Microsoft Teams.
