Elementa are a type of monster in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. While never mentioned ingame, the Wild Hunt themselves are Elementa as they are suseptible to Elementa oil.
How to Make Elementa oil. To make this Oil, a Recipe item is needed. Recipes can generally be obtained from shopkeepers. After obtaining the Recipe and the required ingredients, Geralt can create Oils himself from the Alchemy tab in the menu.
