DART buses and trains operate daily from approximately 5 a.m. to midnight. DART Rail offers service every 7½-15 minutes during rush hours, and 20 minutes during the midday and weekends, and 30 minutes late at night.
The A-train is DCTA's 21-mile commuter rail line connecting Denton and Dallas Counties. The A-train connects with the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Green Line at the Trinity Mills Station in Carrollton, Texas. The A-train operates Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
Mesquite has contracted DART bus service to connect the city to the Green Line and the new model may be the key to expanding regional transit in the future.
Frequency. Monday-Friday: From 6.50am to 8pm, you can expect a DART train every 10 minutes on the Howth to Bray section of the line. Saturday: Services on Saturday are reasonably frequent, with trains usually every 15 minutes on Howth-Bray section of the line. Sunday: You can expect a train around every 30 minutes.
Starting Jan. 2, 2018, DART riders will have access to free Wi-Fi on all DART routes. Over the past year, DART has been piloting free Wi-Fi on routes 52 and 98. This pilot will now expand to provide free Wi-Fi for all riders on all routes.
A-train commuter rail - The A-train connects Lewisville with Denton in the north and Carrollton in the south. Single-ride and multi-ride passes can be purchased at any A-train station. A regional ticket includes both DCTA and DART access. Monthly passes can be purchased at Lewisville City Hall, 151 W.
Why was the State Fair of Texas canceled? After extensive consideration of the current landscape related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the health and safety of all fairgoers, staff, business partners, and overall community, the State Fair of Texas Board of Directors has voted to cancel the 2020 State Fair of Texas.
