The title or logotype - often these days called a masthead - is usually used on the contents page inside as well as the front cover, and as a logo for advertising and branding purposes. Some magazines will put the image on top of the title, as with the 1916 Bystander.
When you are writing, you may reference other people writing or refer to books, magazines, or movies by underlining, or italicize, the titles or using quotation marks.

Formatting the First Page of Your PaperDouble space again and center the title. Do not underline, italicize, or place your title in quotation marks. Write the title in Title Case (standard capitalization), not in all capital letters. Double space between the title and the first line of the text.
Note that magazine and similar descriptive words should be capitalized and italicized only if they are part of a publication title: refer to “the New York Times Magazine,” for example, but “Time magazine”; in the former case, magazine is officially part of the publication's name.
Titles of full works like books or newspapers should be italicized. Titles of short works like poems, articles, short stories, or chapters should be put in quotation marks. Titles of books that form a larger body of work may be put in quotation marks if the name of the book series is italicized.
In arts and literature, the title of a major work (novel, film, TV series, opera, or painting) is boldfaced or italicized. A lesser work (short story, TV episode, or a single song or instrumental piece) is put in quotation marks.
In all cases of usage involving quotation marks (again, American usage, not British), commas and periods always go inside the quotation marks while semicolons and colons always go outside. Here is an example using a list of titles: Notice that the commas separating the titles are inside the quotation marks.
Titles of books should be underlined or put in italics . (Titles of stories, essays and poems are in "quotation marks.") Refer to the text specifically as a novel, story, essay, memoir, or poem, depending on what it is. In subsequent references to the author, use his or her last name.
you can have the quote as the main title followed by a subtitle that explains the significance. Different field have different ways of handling such titles so I cannot say what would be suitable for you. The title should draw attention to your work and make readers decide whether the work is worth reading.
Song titles are enclosed in quotation marks, as is often the case with poem titles, book chapter titles, or article titles.
Capitalization in TitlesAccording to most style guides, nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs are the only words capitalized in titles of books, articles, and songs. Prepositions, articles, and conjunctions aren't capitalized (unless they're the first or last word).
Title or Job Description? To summarize the capitalization of job titles, you capitalize the job title when it comes immediately before the name, in a formal context or in direct address. It is not generally capitalized if it comes after the person's name, or if there is a “the” before it.

APA's title case refers to a capitalization style in which most words are capitalized, and sentence case refers to a capitalization style in which most words are lowercased. In both cases, proper nouns and certain other types of words are always capitalized.
The preposition 'to' is also used as a preposition of movement or direction. 'To' is sometimes confused with 'at' or 'in'. Both 'at' and 'in' show the place, but 'to' shows movement to this place.
Title case is any text, such as in a title or heading, where the first letter of major words are capitalized. Tip. Title case should not be confused with proper case, which is the capitalization of every first letter of every word.
Do not capitalize the following parts of speech when they fall in the middle of a title: Articles (a, an, the, as in Under the Bamboo Tree) Prepositions (e.g., against, as, between, in, of, to, as in The Merchant of Venice and “A Dialogue between the Soul and Body”)
When English speakers talk about time and place, there are three little words that often come up: in, on, and at. These common words are prepositions that show a relationship between two words in a sentence. For describing time and place, the prepositions in, on, and at go from general to specific.
Italicize titles if the source is self-contained and independent. Titles of books, plays, films, periodicals, databases, and websites are italicized. Capitalize all major words in journal titles.
