R.O.B. can be unlocked through various means, both by playing Classic Mode, Vs. Smash Matches, and he can be unlocked in the World of Light Adventure Mode. Classic Mode: Beat Classic Mode 3 times as Pikachu or anyone he unlocks to get R.O.B.

The attack encompasses a spin toy that R.O.B. fires. It is chargeable; the longer it charges, the stronger and faster it becomes. A fully charged Gyro normally inflicts 18% of damage, and has high knockback.
Update history. Isabelle has received a mix of buffs and nerfs via game updates, but has been buffed overall.
Wario's gimmick is for comebacks, they nerfed away the main reason he's top tier. Wario is great character still. Before the patch, a good argument could have been made for him being the best character in the game; he was broken.
Possibly as a result of his poorly regarded status, King Dedede has been buffed overall in the transition from SSB4 to Ultimate. Among King Dedede's biggest buffs are those to his ground game.
Pichu is capable of killing more reliably than Pikachu at earlier percentages. Some of its attacks also deal more damage than Pikachu's, but the only ones with a significant difference are its back aerial and the aerial version of Thunder Jolt.
In Patch 7.0, Palutena had her neutral air nerfed, removing it from the list of best moves in the game. It could start combos, set up kills and edgeguards, and it had a big and long-lasting hitbox. Then in 11.0, Palutena had dash attack, forward air, and grab nerfed. Her grab used to be one of the best in the game.
Kirby and Falco receive big buffs0. Kirby has been lowly-rated in Smash Ultimate since the game's release, although these buffs might knock them up a few tiers in some lists. The power of the fighter's attack, including their forward air and down smashes, has been increased. The launch distance has also been upped.
Nintendo Min Min, who is notoriously one of Smash's most hated fighters, has finally been nerfed.
Donkey Kong has been buffed via game updates.
Now, what makes Ganondorf such a bad character? Ganondorf suffers from poor mobility, making it hard to approach his opponents, and even harder to perform long-lasting combos, even with his fastest attacks. On top of that, he has a poor and exploitable recovery.

The Sword of the Six Sages
Smash Ultimate Ganondorf is easily the most viable iteration in series history, but he still has some pretty big flaws. Being a heavy means he gets combo'ed hard and can struggle to land. Ganon's moves are so powerful, and do so much damage that he can evaporate a stock in the blink of an eye.
His everlasting power is often speculated to be due to him gaining the Triforce of Power during the events of Ocarina of Time. Due to the events that take place so near the start of the official Zelda timeline, it can be understood that by possessing the Triforce of Power he is able to reincarnate and live forever.
All of Sephiroth's strengths in Smash come with some significant weaknesses that some pro players have noted could be heavily abused. Competitive Smash veteran Larry "Larry Lurr" Holland, tweeted that "Sephiroth is high tier at best. His disadvantage is too bad for him to be any better than that."
Sephiroth has the ability to use Fire, Ice, Lightning and Earth magic, along with Revive to call back fallen allies.
