There are two ways to sell cards using the TCGplayer App. You can create a listing with photos on the TCGplayer Marketplace using the app's Scan to Sell feature, or you can sell your card to game stores using TCGplayer Trade-In.
Card prices fluctuate all the time, and to save you money buying a guide that may not be accurate, just go on Ebay and look up completed listings of the card(s) you want to sell! Most of the time cards sell for more than they are listed as they're worth in magazines, though some times they sell for less.
If you've bought a physical Pokémon TCG theme deck, scanning the QR code or typing in the alphanumeric code will provide you with the same deck in exchange. Redeeming a code from a booster pack will give you a pack of the same expansion - however the contents will be randomised.
This passcode can only be used once per Pokémon TCG Online account, but since players can use the same account across multiple devices – iPad, iPad mini, Mac or PC – and all your cards and customizations travel with you, that's surely more than enough.
Launch the Pokémon TCG Online. From the Shopping Cart menu, select Redeem Codes. From here you can enter your code manually, or redeem it with your webcam via the QR Code Reader.
