If an item you received from Walmart.com is damaged or defective, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement or at any Walmart store for a refund.If you made your purchase with either a debit card or a credit card, Walmart provides an Electronics Payment Hotline that will allow you to get a copy of your receipt.
