What is the best defense to use in Madden 20?
- Texans. Houston will be a fun defensive team to play with in Madden 20 because of edge rushers J.J.
- Bears. Chicago's defense is anchored by one of the 99 club members: LOLB Khalil Mack.
- Cowboys, Rams, Vikings.
- Dolphins.
- Giants.
- Buccaneers, Raiders.
When you are running with your ball carrier and don't want to risk fumbling press RB/R1 to cover up the ball. You won't be able to break many tackles and you won't run very fast, but you will hold onto the ball.

It's not a surprise to see Tyreek Hill at the top of this list. The Chiefs wide receiver has been burning down defenses since he entered the NFL in 2016. His Super Bowl Present card pairs 98 speed with 98 acceleration, 97 deep route running, and 90 catching to be a truly dominant force on the MUT field.

Re: Can you use custom rosters online? No. You have to play with the default rosters.
There's no traditional Create a Team mode or option in Madden 20. Unlike Create a Player, which is a thing you can still do as of Madden 20.
If you choose 2v2 or 3v3, you can play cooperatively with a friend or two, just like how you would in a normal online match. After choosing your format, you pick a team.
MUT Squads will be coming back in Madden 20! EA has a history of adding in team play, removing it, bringing it back as MUT Squads and continuing that process. Many people assumed that MUT Squads would continue to be in Madden especially with the increase it's seen in popularity later on in the Madden 19 season.
You can control all 32 Teams in addition to watching CPU vs CPU using the Super sim method in Franchise mode. If you want to control all 32 Teams, a major problem in Franchise mode is you lose Owner mode when creating a new character and choosing a new Team which is the only way to do it.
It is the easiest way to force a trade for a single player to do. Just take the player you want and move him to a punter or some position he is crap at and send them a 7th round pick. Just remember the only way you can do this is if you are the league commissioner.

If you are a casual player that spends 3-7 hours playing Ultimate Team, Madden 20 is worth buying. It would be nice to see Madden add face scanning and to play more college games, but this is a good start and a fun mode so far.

How does draft champions work in Madden 20? It's still in the game. It's my favorite mode as well, it's unlocked at MUT level 10. It's 9000 coins for standard entry or 15000 coins for premium entry, the only difference between the 2 entry costs is the rewards you get per number of wins.

If you think you are going to spend $40 on packs, the Ultimate Superstar Edition is a good value because you get 15 Gold packs and a lot of other bonus items. If you want these extra items and you play a lot of Ultimate Team, this is a good option, and you do get a lot for your money.
Unfortunately, for yet another year, Madden 20 will not have cross platform functionality. Due to the server differences between EA Origin and Xbox Live, the Xbox One and PC version are not able to implement cross play like many PC and Xbox games have shared this generation.
