No, that passport is no longer valid . You can use a driving licence for the Belfast to mainland UK journey, providing you are not going further afield. You don't strictly need a valid passport with easyJet on UK domestic routes, they'll also accept out-of-date one's.No visa is currently required and you have the right to live and work in Scotland and the rest of the UK.
